Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrel Proof Batch 15 is the 2026 edition of this straight Kentucky bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort. It is bottled uncut and unfiltered at 63.95% (127.9 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
The barrels were hand-selected and matured in Warehouse C. The mash bill is the low-rye Mash Bill #1, and there is no age statement.
The palate shows cacao butter and butterscotch over dark cherry and cinnamon-sweet bread, with a toasted oak backbone. The finish is long and warming, with dark fruit and tobacco.
