Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Small Batch

Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Small Batch is a bourbon named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., who began distilling at the close of the Civil War, when he bought the O.F.C. Distillery. The bourbon is made by hand and aged in warehouses built by Taylor over a century ago. Barrels are evaluated and selected to create a blend with a distinctive character. Tasting notes describe caramel corn sweetness with butterscotch and liquorice, followed by a soft mouthfeel that turns to subtle pepper and tobacco spice.
