Art & Decadence is a blend from Compass Box, inspired by the Decadent movement, the artistic and literary school of 18th century France that idealised abundance and pleasure. It was designed as an after-dinner dram. The blend is built around whisky from Balmenach distillery, matured in a combination of casks including Madeira, Sauternes and Marsala. It was released in 9,126 bottles. On the palate it is described as rich, with orchard fruit, liquorice, banana, toffee and juicy apricots.
