Compass Box Brûlée Royale

Compass Box Brûlée Royale is a blended Scotch whisky built around whisky matured in French Limousin oak, the wood also used for Cognac and Armagnac. It rests on a foundation of Scottish grain and malt whisky. Limousin oak gives spicier, drier tannins than American or Spanish oak, and a different aromatic profile. Compass Box was founded by John Glaser in 2000 as an independent blender, assembling aged Scotch from distilleries across Scotland.
