Compass Box Chez Lion is a blended Scotch whisky made for mixing, compiled in London by Jörg Meyer of Le Lion – Bar de Paris in Hamburg. It was created with Compass Box head whiskymaker James Saxon and is limited to 1,710 bottles, in a 70cl bottle.
It combines whiskies from Linkwood, Cameronbridge and Compass Box's The Spice Tree, matured in a selection of sherry, bourbon and Moscatel casks.
Rich notes of nuts and fruit blend with creamy cocoa and oak spice.
