Flaming Heart is a peated blended malt from Compass Box, returning here for a seventh time. It is built around peated malts from Caol Ila, Laphroaig and Talisker, with spice from French oak custom barrels that also add to the mouthfeel.
This release is among the fruitiest versions of recent years. It also includes remnant stocks of Peat Monster Arcana, made for the 15th anniversary of the Belgian importer The Nectar, along with a little of the 2018 Flaming Heart.
