Compass Box Single Marrying Cask Artist's Blend (75cl)

Artist's Blend from Compass Box is a Scotch blend of single malt whiskies from the Scottish Highlands and Lowland grain whiskies. It is dedicated to Edinburgh, a city known for hospitality and for nurturing artistic endeavour, and the Edinburgh artist on the front label is pictured in front of the Scottish National Gallery. This bottling comes from a single marrying cask, used to mature the whisky after the initial blending. Such secondary maturation was once commonplace in Scotch but has become a lost art over the past 100 years. It is reminiscent of apple, salted caramel and baking spices.
