Spice Tree is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Compass Box, made from malt whiskies sourced from Highland distilleries. It is aged in custom casks fitted with new French oak heads, and bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose brings dried fruits, baking spices and a touch of malt sweetness, with clove and a light, fragrant smokiness underneath. The palate is full-bodied and spicy, with ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, balanced by vanilla, toffee and subtle oak.
