The Spice Tree is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Compass Box, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of three Highland single malts, aged in first-fill and refill American oak.
The blend was then re-casked in custom hybrid casks, made with cooperages in France and Scotland, with French oak heads and American oak bodies. The casks were toasted to varying levels.
The whisky is described as rich and intense, with cardamom, clove and ginger and hints of cocoa. It suits after dinner, or alongside cheese, chocolate or spice cake.
