The Spice Tree is a blend of Scottish single malts from Compass Box, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is a blended malt, made entirely from malt whisky.
It is matured twice. The first period is in a mix of new and refill American oak casks. The second is in custom-made barrels that combine French oak heads with American oak staves.
It is usually described as rich and intense, with baking spices and toasty oak accents alongside the underlying distillery character.
