This is a limited edition blended malt Scotch whisky from Compass Box, made from three single malt whiskies that are each 10 years old. Only 3,610 bottles were produced, and each one is individually numbered. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers Pink Lady apple and rhubarb crumble, with custard and pineapple upside-down cake. The palate is waxy and glossy, with lemon-iced butter biscuits, white chocolate, vanilla panna cotta, soft apricots, nutmeg on sweet oats and French fancies. The finish is buttery pastry and candied lemon, with a hint of charred oak.
