Compass Box Vellichor Limited Edition Blended Scotch Whisky (75cl)

Compass Box Vellichor is a blended Scotch whisky made as a tribute to the lost distilleries and forgotten flavours of Scotch whisky history. It comes in a 750ml bottle and is a limited edition. The blend draws on some of the oldest whisky Compass Box has released, including components from closed distilleries and long-aged stocks. The name refers to the wistfulness felt among old books, and the label carries fragments of historic book pages. It is bottled without chill filtration or added colouring. The nose brings antique oak, old leather, dried apricot and pipe tobacco. The palate is deep honey, polished oak, dark chocolate and subtle smoke, and the finish is very long and dry with oak, spice and fading sweetness.
