Concerto Lambrusco Reggiano DOC Medici Ermete

A frizzante Lambrusco from the province of Reggio Emilia, made by Medici Ermete. Native grapes, including Lambrusco Salamino, give a fresh and vibrant wine. It has an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose offers small red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, with delicate floral notes and a hint of light spice. The palate is balanced, with pleasant acidity and fine, persistent bubbles. Ageing uses the Charmat method. It pairs with cured meats, Emilian dishes and medium-aged cheeses, and suits aperitifs and convivial moments.
