A dry gin from Condesa, made by refined distillation with selected botanicals including citrus notes and juniper nuances. It has a balanced, harmonious character, with a fresh and intense aromatic profile balanced between herbaceous and spicy components. On the nose there are fresh citrus, pungent juniper and delicate floral notes, while on the palate it shows balanced body and pleasant sapidity. It has a clear, persistent structure with a soft, slightly bitter finish, and can be enjoyed neat, with ice or as a base for classic and contemporary cocktails.
