Connemara 12 Years Peated is an Irish whisky in a 70cl bottle, matured for twelve years in oak casks. It is a peated expression, and the smoke runs through the whole dram.
The nose shows clear peat with touches of honey and vanilla. On the palate it is soft and rich, with smoky peat blending into sweet spice and dried fruit. The finish is long, with a slightly peppery aftertaste.
