Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta Rosé DOCG

Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta Rosé DOCG is a sparkling rosé from Franciacorta, made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and produced by the traditional bottle-fermentation method. It rests on the lees for at least 24 months. It has a delicate, bright pink colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with bread crust and yeast notes. On the palate it is elegant and persistent, with balanced acidity and freshness. It suits aperitifs, delicate fish dishes, shellfish, white meats and soft cheeses. It is presented in a box.
