Contini Attilio Spumante Brut

A sparkling wine from Sardinia, made mainly from carefully selected native grapes. The microclimate and clay soil give the grapes their character, and re-fermentation in an autoclave gives a creamy, persistent effervescence. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, with a fine, vigorous perlage. The nose opens with green apple, white flowers and a delicate mineral note recalling the Sardinian terroir. The taste is dry and harmonious, with lively acidity balancing the softness and leaving a fresh, clean finish. It suits an aperitif or fish, shellfish and fresh cheese dishes.
