It shows intensity and minerality with elegance, shaped by a Mediterranean climate with sea breezes. Aromas include citrus, white flowers and a pleasant saline note, while brief lees contact adds structure and softness without losing freshness.
It has a bright straw-yellow colour and a harmonious palate, suited to Mediterranean fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
