A white wine from Contini, made from a blend including Vermentino and other local varieties in Sardinia. It is fresh and lively, with floral and fruity aromas, green apple, white peach and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is soft at first, then develops pleasant acidity and minerality, leaving a refreshing, persistent sensation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by a short period on fine lees. It is presented in a magnum.
