A sparkling wine from the Piedmont hills made exclusively from Chardonnay from the Alta Langa DOCG denomination. Produced by the classic method with bottle refermentation and prolonged ageing on the lees, it has fine persistent perlage and a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose shows citrus, fresh white flowers and a light yeast note. On the palate it is dry, fresh and savoury, with vibrant acidity and a clean finish with no residual sugar.
