Contratto Spumante Millesimato Pas Dosé Jeroboam (3L)

A Piedmontese sparkling wine made mainly from Chardonnay, produced in the Langhe. It is made without liqueur d'expedition after the second fermentation, giving a dry, linear style. Ageing on the lees for several years supports a fine structure with persistent, creamy mousse. Green apple, fresh citrus and light mineral notes carry from the nose to the palate, alongside vibrant acidity and a clean, savoury finish. It suits seafood starters, fish crudités and refined shellfish dishes.
