Contratto Spumante Millesimato Pas Dosé Magnum (1.5L)

A Piedmontese sparkling wine from Contratto, made from Chardonnay grown in the hills of Canelli in the Alta Langa area. It is a millesimato with zero dosage, produced by the classic method with a long ageing on the lees. The absence of residual sugar gives it a vibrant character, with aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus, bread crust and almond. On the palate it is savoury, fresh and vibrant, with a fine, persistent mousse and a balanced, lively structure. It suits raw seafood, delicate fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
