Coopers Golden Cut is a Cameronbridge single grain whisky matured in Martinique rum casks, bottled at 50% abv in a 70cl bottle. The rum casks give it a tropical accent and a clear cask character.
The nose brings warm aromas of tropical fruit, sweet caramel and light spice. The palate is full and powerful, with malty tones alongside the sweet, fruity influence of the rum cask and hints of vanilla and spice. The finish is warming and aromatic, with lasting sweetness, fruit and gentle spice.
