Cooperstown Abner Doubleday's Baseball Bourbon (75cl, 45%)

Abner Doubleday's Baseball Bourbon is a bourbon from Cooperstown Distillery, bottled at 45% in a 750ml baseball-shaped decanter. The patented hand-blown glass is stitched like a real ball, with 108 stitches. The whiskey is Indiana-sourced bourbon made from a mash of corn, rye and malted barley. Cooperstown's distiller blends younger bourbons with stock aged five years, and it is sold as a bourbon rather than a straight bourbon. The nose is soft, with layers of depth. The palate brings smooth caramel and butterscotch, and the finish is sweet toffee.
