Cooperstown Distillery – Rollie Fingers Elite Edition Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Cooperstown Distillery Rollie Fingers Elite Edition is a straight bourbon bottled at 50% in a 750ml bottle. It was hand-picked by the Hall of Fame pitcher Rollie Fingers as a personal tribute to his career and his fellow Hall of Famers, and it is the first release in the distillery's Elite Edition series. The mash bill is a four-grain recipe of 65% corn with oats, rye and barley, all from New York State. It is aged in new charred oak at the farm distillery in Cooperstown, New York. Clove and allspice come first, easing into burnt caramel, butterscotch and honey. The finish is lingering, with delicate sweetness and soft oak warmth.
