Cooperstown Distillery Select is a straight rye whiskey, hand-crafted from rye and other grains that are all grown locally in New York State.
It is aged for two to three years, beginning in new American oak barrels and then finishing for at least a further year in used Cabernet Sauvignon barrels.
The whiskey is bottled at cask strength and comes in a 75cl bottle.
