This is a small-batch straight bourbon from Cooperstown Distillery in New York, made from 100% New York State grains and bottled at 50% ABV. It is the Greg Norman Luxury Edition of the Hall of Champions bourbon, produced in partnership with the golfer.
The bourbon is finished in wine barrels from Greg Norman Estates. It comes in a patented glass decanter shaped like a golf driver, with Norman's signature on a pewter medallion and also imprinted on the glass.
The tasting notes describe clove, allspice, toasted oak and burnt caramel on the nose. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, with butterscotch and honey, and the finish is gentle and lingering, with caramel and soft spice.
