The nose shows cooked agave, vanilla oak, light caramel, dried citrus peel and subtle spice. On the palate come sweet agave nectar, vanilla bean, toasted oak, warm cinnamon and honey. The finish is of medium length, with lingering oak, agave warmth and gentle pepper.
