This limited edition straight rye is made in Cooperstown, New York, from locally grown rye. It comes in a baseball-shaped decanter holding 750ml and is bottled at 51% ABV.
The whiskey is aged in new American oak, then finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels.
The nose offers warm spice, toasted oak, caramel and a hint of red berries. On the palate come vanilla, clove and dried cherry, leading to a long, warming finish with lingering spice and subtle sweetness.
