This Elite Edition of Cooperstown Select Straight Bourbon was chosen by Rollie Fingers, in celebration of his career and of everyone in Cooperstown alongside him. It is a small batch bourbon from Cooperstown Distillery, made in New York State from local grains.
The mash bill has four grains: 65% corn, with oats, rye and barley making up the other 35%. The bourbon is aged in new charred oak barrels.
Clove and allspice lead at the front, and it finishes gently with burnt caramel, butterscotch and honey.
