Cooperstown Select is a straight rye whiskey made by hand from rye and corn grown entirely in New York State. The rye is aged for two to three years in new American oak barrels, then finished for at least one further year in used Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. It is bottled at cask strength, 102 proof.
