Cooperstown Select is a straight American single malt whiskey from Cooperstown Distillery, made from 100% local New York malted barley.
It is aged for a minimum of two years in new American oak barrels, then given a finish in ex-sherry casks for six months.
On the finish, it carries rich notes of praline, candied apple and burnt almond.
