This Elite Edition of Cooperstown Select Straight Bourbon was chosen by Rollie Fingers to mark his career and the people of Cooperstown alongside him. It is a small batch bourbon made in New York State from local grains, in a 750ml bottle.
The mash bill uses four grains: 65% corn, with oats, rye and barley making up the other 35%. The whiskey is aged in new charred oak barrels.
Clove and allspice come first, and the finish brings burnt caramel, butterscotch and honey.
