Cooperstown Select Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Cooperstown Select is a straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). It is distilled and aged in Cooperstown, New York State. The recipe uses four grains, corn, oats, rye and barley, all from New York State. The bourbon spends three to four years in new charred oak barrels from the Adirondack Barrel Cooperage. The distillery describes clove and allspice up front, finishing gently with burnt caramel, butterscotch and honey. Other tasters have found walnut, peach, sandalwood, cocoa and black-tea tannins, with a pronounced rye note and a creamy texture.
