Cooperstown Straight Rye Cabernet Finish is a straight rye whiskey finished in Cabernet casks and bottled at 51% ABV, which is 102 proof. It comes from Cooperstown Distillery, a farm distillery in Otsego County, New York, home of the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. The distillery uses almost entirely New York State grains and makes its spirits from grain grown by farmers it knows and trusts. Its whiskeys draw on the writing of James Fenimore Cooper and the waters of Lake Glimmerglass.
