This is a sparkling rosé natural wine made mainly from rhubarb, with elderflower and hawthorn added. The two flowers give it a floral character alongside the fresh fruit. It is organic and has a light strength of 4.1% vol.
Copenhagen Winery works with natural ingredients grown around Copenhagen. The wine finishes its fermentation in the bottle, so it can look slightly cloudy and may show a little sediment.
