Copper Dog Blended Malt Scotch (75cl, 40%)

Copper Dog is a Speyside blended malt Scotch whisky at 80 proof (40%), in a 750ml bottle. It brings together eight Speyside single malts, married slowly in old oak casks. The brand takes its name from the Copper Dog pub in the Craigellachie Hotel, Speyside, and from the copper tubes that distillery workers once hid in their clothing to carry out whisky for friends and family. The nose is ripe orchard fruit, berries and a hint of citrus over sweet wood and vanilla fudge. The palate is rich and creamy, with toffee apple, caramelised sugar and soft fruits, leading to a long, creamy finish.
