Copper Dog is a blended Scotch whisky made from eight single malts, in a 70cl bottle. Its name comes from the old tools distillery workers used to smuggle whisky out in secret. It is described as showing sweet ripe fruit, spice and a touch of hazelnut, with juicy apple and sweet malt on the palate. The finish is lightly smoky and lingers. It can be drunk neat or used in cocktails.
