Coppercraft Straight Blended Bourbon

Coppercraft Straight Blended Bourbon is a blend of the distillery's own whiskey, aged at least four years, and Indiana bourbon sourced at nine years or older. The result is a punchy, spicy whiskey. The blending and proofing follow brandy techniques, with three months passing from barrel to bottle. The whiskeys are heavily aged and the oak comes through strongly, with flavours of tobacco, cinnamon, toasted nuts and toffee.
