Coppersea Corn Whiskey (75cl)

Coppersea Corn Whiskey is an American corn whiskey from Coppersea Distilling in West Park, New York, in a 75cl bottle. The distillery was established in 2011 on a 70-acre farm in the Hudson Valley, and works with on-site well water and locally sourced corn. The grain is floor malted, and Coppersea is one of only four distilleries in the United States with its own malting floor. Fermentation takes place in wooden mash tubs, and distillation in hand-hammered copper alembic stills heated by direct fire.
