Cordero di Montezemolo Langhe Nebbiolo DOC

A Langhe Nebbiolo from Cordero di Montezemolo. It shows a fine, linear aromatic profile with ripe red fruit, rose petals and earthy notes that develop gently in the glass. The tannic texture is present but well integrated, supported by fresh acidity that gives balance and lift. The colour is transparent and bright, in keeping with the elegance of Langhe Nebbiolo. It pairs naturally with flavourful white meats, light roasts, mushroom dishes and medium-aged cheeses, and also with tomato sauces that are not too spiced. Serve around 16-18 C, opening the wine a few minutes before tasting so the bouquet can express itself.
