Cordial White Penja Pepper (48.5cl)

A cordial built around white Penja pepper from the Penja district of Cameroon. The pepper is infused into a finely balanced liquid base, with the tropical humid climate and volcanic soil of the region giving the pepper an intense aromatic character with lightly citrus notes and a delicate spicy finish. Artisanal processing and controlled infusion preserve and amplify these traits. On the nose there are herbaceous and citrus hints with a subtle pungent sensation. On the palate it is soft and warm, suited to innovative cocktails or sophisticated gastronomic preparations.
