A red wine from Mark Haisma made from 100% Syrah, vinified in traditional methods with fermentation in large wooden vats. It has a dark, almost inky colour. The nose offers ripe black fruits, dark spices and a light touch of vanilla and tobacco from wood ageing. On the palate it is powerful and balanced, with well-structured tannins and aromas of blackberry, black pepper and dried herbs. It pairs with red meat and game.
