A grappa made from selected Nebbiolo grape pomace from the Barolo hills, aged in wooden barrels. It has an amber colour and aromas of vanilla, sweet spices and a hint of chocolate.
The palate is soft and enveloping, with ripe red fruit, leather and tobacco notes, and a long, persistent finish. It is suited to the end of a meal, possibly with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
