Corralejo Reposado Tequila (70cl)

Corralejo Reposado is a tequila made entirely from blue agave in Guanajuato, Mexico. It is distilled in copper stills and then aged for a minimum of four months in American oak barrels, which gives it a bright golden colour. The nose shows cooked agave with vanilla and caramel from the wood. On the palate the agave is balanced by light touches of spice, including black pepper and a little cinnamon. The texture is soft and silky. It can be sipped neat or used as a base for cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or a Margarita.
