Bure Alto is a Ripasso della Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC red wine from Corte Aleardi. It has an intense ruby colour and an aromatic profile of mature red fruit, cherry and plum, with spicy notes, a hint of cocoa and fresh aromatic herbs. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with controlled tannins, good acidity and a warm fruity finish with discreet sapidity. It suits flavourful meat dishes, braises, aged cheeses, mushroom dishes and structured risottos. Light aeration before serving at 16-18 °C is recommended.
