Cotswolds Bourbon Cask is an English single malt whisky from the Cotswolds, bottled at 59.1% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made from locally sourced barley.
The whisky is matured in selected American oak bourbon casks.
The nose combines honeycomb, dried fruits and a subtle floral note. On the palate come vanilla, toffee and caramel, with hints of oak and spice.
