This is a single malt English whisky from Cotswolds Distillery, the Highgrove Coronation Private Cask. The limited edition was made in collaboration with the distillery to celebrate the Coronation and 75th birthday of King Charles III.
The whisky was distilled in May 2017 and bottled in March 2023 at 50.2% ABV, from ex-red wine STR cask number 1394. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers fresh fruit with a hint of spice. On the palate come toasted oak and subtle cacao, and the finish is balanced and sweet with a light spice note.
