Courvoisier Collection Erté Edition No. 2 - Vendanges is a cognac (France). Bottled at 40% ABV, 75cl. Launched in 1988, the Collection Erté honours the late Art Deco artist, Erté. Each bottle is a unique blend presented in an ornate decanter designed by the artist himself, each depicting a different stage in the production of Cognac. Though the blends vary, each contains eaux-de-vie that was distilled in Erté's year of birth, 1892. The set was originally comprised of seven bottles release annually, but an eighth was added in 1995 to honour the passing of Erte in 1990. The second release, Vendanges, refers to the harvest of the grapes used for the cognac.
