24 Seven is a Scottish wheat vodka from the Crafty Distillery in Dumfries and Galloway, made with local wheat and water.
The mash ferments for seven days, and the spirit is distilled several times. It then spends 24 hours being filtered through coconut shell carbon, which gives the vodka its name.
In the glass it is soft, with notes of cream soda, light toffee and a subtle biscuit character.
